About me

Why I Do This Work:

I know what it’s like to look capable, intelligent, and put-together on the outside…while quietly battling overthinking, anxiety, and self-doubt on the inside.

For years, I tried to think my way out of my problems.


I pushed harder, achieved more, and did all the “right things,” believing that if I just worked on myself enough, I’d finally feel calm and settled.

Eventually, the pressure caught up with me.

I landed in hospital with chest pain, only to be told my heart was perfectly healthy. What I was experiencing wasn’t a medical issue. It was the impact of long-term nervous system stress, unprocessed emotion, and deeply ingrained subconscious patterns.

That moment changed the way I understood anxiety… and myself.

I’ve also walked through the very terrain I now help women navigate in relationships. I’ve been married and divorced. I know the ache of anxious patterns in love, the emotional exhaustion of trying to hold everything together, and the way relationships can amplify what’s already happening inside us.

I’ve moved through heartbreak, healing, and the complexity of modern dating... and I’ve experienced firsthand how different life feels when subconscious patterns no longer run the show.

Learning to regulate my nervous system, rewire anxious patterns, and rebuild trust in myself changed everything.

I feel more peaceful, happier and grounded.

It shifted the way I show up ... not only in relationships, but in my boundaries, my decisions, my work, and the way I move through the world.

That inner transformation is what inspired the work I do today.

Now, I help smart, sensitive women stop overthinking, regulate their nervous system, and rewire anxious patterns... so they can show up grounded, confident, and self-trusting, and finally thrive in life and love.

I’ve trained extensively in subconscious rewiring, somatic processing, applied neuroscience, and trauma-informed therapeutic coaching. Over the years, I’ve brought all of this together into a way of working that isn’t tied to any one modality...it’s a signature methodology that supports smart, sensitive women to create real, lasting change in life and love.

👩‍👦‍👦 I am mum to two gorgeous young adult sons, Lochie and Alex; and Ruby, a very spoilt Schnoodle.
🌊 I live in Newcastle, a coastal Australian city with stunning beaches, and I feel privileged to work with men and women all over the world.
🎹 I escape to another world playing the piano and love a good singalong.
🧘‍♀️ Meditation and yin yoga are my reset buttons.
