break free from self-sabotage, stress and anxiety,
to feel confident and create new levels
of personal and career success.
Can you identify with any of these self-sabotaging behaviours?
repeating patterns in career and relationships
allowing fear to stop you from pursuing your goals
not speaking up and expressing yourself
pushing people away or creating conflict in relationships
being a perfectionist
trying to control everything
feeling overwhelmed by stress
feeling unworthy of success
using food/alcohol/shopping to numb your feelings
Do you have limiting beliefs around business, relationships or money?
Perhaps anxiety is taking over your thinking? Are you feeling overwhelmed by life...not coping with stress the way you used to...unable to think clearly and concentrate due to persistent, worrying thoughts? Maybe you're experiencing some physical symptoms of anxiety?
Maybe you're always mentally 'on' and find it almost impossible to relax...any little thing triggers you and you find yourself being short-tempered with those you love or just not having the energy to engage with them...so the anxiety affects your relationships.
Perhaps you avoid going out and doing non-essential things because you have feelings of not being able to cope? Some of my clients turn to emotional eating or alcohol in an attempt to escape their anxious feelings, but these are just symptoms of the problem and not the root cause.
Perhaps you've lost motivation and focus resulting in impaired work performance? Maybe self doubt has you always second guessing yourself and creating a sense of inertia, that prevents you from speaking up, expressing your ideas, moving to the next level and taking on leadership roles. Perhaps the very idea of doing a presentation or speaking in front of a large group, makes you feel physically ill?
Perhaps you start feeling anxious on a Sunday afternoon and dread the thought of work on Monday? Maybe there's more pressing issues in your personal life, or maybe childhood issues that you've kept a lid on, are bubbling under the surface and emotionally you're almost at breaking point? Maybe you've been struggling with feelings of not being good enough?
Some of my clients also experience physical symptoms of anxiety such as shortness of breath, headaches, difficulty sleeping, stomach and chest pain, increased heart rate, panic attacks, dizziness, sweating and feeling weak. Research shows that long term chronic stress and anxiety can negatively impact our physical health, yet so many of us just push these concerns aside and soldier on.
I want you to know that change is possible, you can move forward in life with clarity and confidence...and with my fast methods, you can have effective, permanent results.
Imagine what life would be like if you had clarity and unshakeable confidence? Imagine waking up each day feeling really good within yourself ...reaching your personal goals, creating happier relationships and career success.
I've helped many clients to find freedom and although all their stories are different; the common theme is getting to the root cause of the issue. When you're able to release the past you can learn new ways of thinking, instil new beliefs and this changes everything.
I see clients get their lives back and their whole world expands. What do you dream of achieving?
My approach enables us to get to the root cause of the issue, rather than just focusing on the symptoms and masking those. I guide you to access your subconscious beliefs using hypnosis and then, working together utilising mindset coaching, we create a total transformation. Did you know that over 90% of our decisions are made by our subconscious mind? We create so many of our beliefs as children and our ingrained, subconscious thoughts, beliefs and perceptions are often driving our lives today. Just like updating an old computer program that's just not working for us, it's possible to rewire our thinking with new neural pathways, to create phenomenal change.
