Hello, I'm Rebekah. I'm here for you when insight isn't enough. I’m a trauma- informed clinical hypnotherapist & relationship coach based in Newcastle, NSW working with clients across Australia and world-wide. Over the past nine years, I’ve helped hundreds of clients work through relationship patterns, anxiety, and long-standing habits that once felt impossible to shift by addressing the deeper patterns in the subconscious mind and nervous system.
I work with people who understand their patterns but can’t think their way out of them.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, self-aware individuals who understand their patterns but still find themselves stuck in cycles of overthinking, emotional reactions, relationship struggles, or habits they can’t seem to change. This isn’t a lack of insight or intelligence. Subconscious beliefs, unprocessed emotions, and conditioned stress responses can create a kind of internal pressure within the mind and nervous system — continuing to drive reactions even when you consciously know better. That pressure often shows up in familiar ways...
Relationship Patterns
Experiencing relationship anxiety or fear of losing connection
Becoming short, reactive, or withdrawn with people you care about
Finding old relationship wounds or past heartbreak still influencing how you respond today because you can't let go.
Falling into familiar patterns such as people-pleasing, controlling, distancing, or shutting down
Feeling highly sensitive to tone, distance, or subtle shifts in connection
Replaying conversations, second-guessing yourself, or worrying about how you’re being perceived
Wanting closeness but finding yourself reacting in ways that unintentionally create more distance
Are you repeating patterns no matter how hard you try to change? There’s a reason for this... and a solution.
Change can be hard when we rely solely on our conscious mind. This work isn’t about managing symptoms. It’s about resolving the deeper drivers so change can actually stick.
You Don’t Have To Wait Until Things Feel Worse... Many people wait a long time before reaching out for support. Often they’ve already tried to understand their patterns, read books, listened to podcasts, or attempted to work things out on their own. Reaching out doesn’t mean something is “wrong” with you. Sometimes it simply means you’re ready to shift patterns that insight alone hasn’t been able to change. If you're looking for support with overthinking/anxiety, relationship patterns, or long-standing habits & coping mechanisms in Newcastle/Lake Macquarie, or you're based elsewhere in Australia or around the world, you're very welcome to reach out.
