Results and Resources
This page is here to offer insight into the kinds of shifts this work can create, alongside supportive resources should you need additional or immediate help.
Results: Here are reflections from women who’ve experienced this work, in their own words. These results speak to the lived experience of nervous system regulation, subconscious change, and learning to feel safe within yourself again.
Amy had suffered with anxiety since her childhood. When she came to see Rebekah she was feeling very negative, had bad depression and was struggling with how she felt on a day to day basis. After just a few sessions, Amy now feels light, confident and so much happier! She no longer wakes up tired and is able to trust her decisions, and really trust herself. Amy's life has completely changed and this has also benefited her family. She's seen a shift in her mood, she's able to be fully present, enjoys stronger relationships and is now teaching her children about more positive mindsets.
Rebecca sought help with her anxiety and fear because she was feeling "broken and not myself." Rebecca was worried that she wouldn't find herself again but she learnt to deal with her feelings from the past, stop carrying things with her and felt herself "coming alive again." Rebecca now feels lighter and happier and knows that she's a better wife, parent and friend as a result.
When Nikki came to see Rebekah she was in a 'very dark place' and feeling stuck coping with anxiety, depression and resentment. She'd hit rock bottom and made a decision to commit to change. Working with Rebekah, Nikki felt instant connection, warmth and trust; and just six weeks later, Nikki is 'blown away' by her transformation and feels like a 'whole new me, so full of worth and opportunity!'
At the height of Covid, Janette felt stressed and overwhelmed from dealing with all the pressure associated with her demanding career. After working together she's feeling great, sleeping well (no 4:00am wake ups!), more productive, has dropped a dress size and is now off her blood pressure medication.
Tammy shares her experience of working with Rebekah Ryan to overcome anxiety. Through doing this inner work she released beliefs and developed a solid inner sense of confidence, grew in self-love and found her purpose.
